Terms
The ground rules for using FlipTag. Last updated July 19, 2026.
What FlipTag is
FlipTag analyzes photos of items you want to sell and suggests resale prices and listing text, informed by live marketplace research. You post listings yourself — FlipTag never posts on your behalf.
Prices are estimates
Suggested prices, ranges, haggle floors, and identifications are estimates generated by AI. They can be wrong. Local demand, timing, and condition all move real-world prices. FlipTag makes no guarantee that any item will sell at any price, and you're responsible for your own selling decisions — especially for high-value, collectible, or regulated items, get a professional appraisal.
Your account
Free accounts include a limited number of pricings. Pro is a monthly subscription billed through Stripe; cancel anytime and Pro runs through the end of the paid period. Credit packs are one-time purchases consumed per pricing. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no scraping, automated bulk requests outside the app, reselling access, probing our systems, or using FlipTag for anything unlawful. We may rate-limit, suspend, or close accounts that do.
Your content
Your photos stay yours. You give us permission to process them (and your item details) solely to run the service — see the privacy policy for exactly what's kept.
The legal bits
FlipTag is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new version.
